毕 业 论 文 2013届 小学教师教学反思之叙事研究 ——基于三位不同成长阶段的小学教师 学生姓名 王诗梦 学 号 院 系 教育学院 专 业 小学教育 指导教师 刘雄英 填写日期 2013年5月30日  小学教师教学反思之叙事研究 ——基于三位不同成长阶段的小学教师 摘 要 教学反思是教师专业成长重要的路径，教育叙事研究为我们提供了一种全新的研究思路与方法。本研究以三位不同专业发展阶段的小学教师为研究对象，用教育叙事的研究方法，在最真实的教育现场环境下，记录教师如何进行教学反思的故事，挖掘并比较不同成长阶段的小学教师在教学反思上的特征，并分析现象背后的原因。最后从学校和教师自身两方面，有针对性地为不同成长阶段的教师提供可操作性的建议，从而促使教学反思走上科学化和有效化的道路，提升教师自身的专业化水平。 关键词 小学教师；教学反思；叙事研究 Narrative study of primary school teachers teaching reflection ——Based on the three different stages of the primary school teachers ABSTRACT Teaching Reflection is an important path of teachers professional growth, the education narrative research provides us with a new research ideas and methods. This study, with three different professional development stages of primary school teachers as the object of the research, records the story of how teachers conducting teaching reflection, with education narrative research methods in the most realistic education field environment. Then, digging out and comparing the characteristics of different professional stages of development of primary school teachers in the teaching reflection, and analyze the reasons behind the phenomenon, and finally providing operational advice for teachers of different stages of growth from the both of schools and teachers, and thereby facilitate the teaching reflection embarked on a scientific and effective roads, to enhance their professional level of teachers.
