Why:Toguidestudentstoobservegrammaticalphenomenaandsummarizethechangesofbeaccordingtothepersoninthesentence,andtounderstandtheformsofgeneralandspecialinterrogativesentenceswithbe.Tocultivatethehabitofsummarizingknowledgeandtheabilitytolearnindependently.

How:Consolidatethesentencepatternsofaskingotherpeoplesnames,wheretheyarefromandwhatclassestheyareinbycombingandpractisingthegrammaticalknowledge.Throughstudentsobservation,theywilldiscoverandsummarizetherulesofabbreviationsindependently.
