华北电力大学 毕业论文 600MW切圆燃烧锅炉结焦原因分析及处理 专 业 热升 班 级 0927 学生姓名 祝艳平 指导教师 成人教育学院 年 月 日 摘要：结焦是困扰燃煤锅炉的一大难题，只有针对某一特定煤种、特定工况不结焦的锅炉，没有绝对不结焦的锅炉。现在的煤炭市场为卖方市场且会长时间保持这种状况，各燃煤电厂不可避免地要长时间经受“燃煤之急”，针对特定煤种设计的锅炉能否适应数以十计、百计煤种的考验还需要技术人员来保驾护航。结焦原因非常繁杂其解决手段也要多措并举，具体的调节手段大家都清楚，其难点在于调节中的“分寸”掌握，具体的锅炉需要我们提出针对性的药方，有的放矢去做工作。岱海电厂二期锅炉设计煤种为准格尔烟煤，但自机组投产以，设计煤源供应不足一直困扰着岱海电厂，做为点对网发电企业，为了保障首都的正常电力供应，岱海电厂不得不开始大规模地掺烧其他非设计煤种。掺烧的煤种因都是小矿煤所以煤质参差不齐，每时每刻入炉煤的煤种、发热量和灰熔点都有可能发生变化，这给防止结焦工作造成了极大的难题，这就需要我们从本期锅炉结焦的根本原因出发，采取有针对性的措施来确保机组安全稳定的运行。 关键词：结焦 炉膛温度 灰熔点 还原性气氛 配风 Absract: Coking is a great hard problem for coal-fired boiler， only for the particular coal， the particular work condition dont coking boiler， never coking boiler is Nonexistent。The coal market in nowadays is a selling market and will keep this kind of condition for a long time， each coal-fired power plant inevitably experience the problem for a long time，aiming at the boiler that the particular coal grows a design can adapt to Variety coal to still need technical personnel to protect。The reason of co king is Variety。 The designing coals for The DAIHAI power is “zhun Ge Er” coal，but since producing，shortage of design the coal source supply have been trapping to The DAIHAI power。The DAIHAI power is a to order to generate company， for the sake of guarantee capital city of normal electricity supply，the DAIHAI power has to start to firing bituminous coal mixed with lignite inside the furnace。Because the coal coming from different plant，so the ash melting point and deliver calories of the coal has changed frequently 。This caused diffcult problem for providing coking。This needed us to the reason of coking to set out from the boiler and adopted to the measure and ensure the units running safely。 Key words:coking,furnance tempreture,ash melting point, Reducing atmosphere, air distribution。 1 设备概况 内蒙古岱海电厂二期工程2×600MW机组设计煤种采用准格尔烟煤，采用中速磨冷一次风机正压直吹式制粉系统，燃烧器采用四角布置切向燃烧
