摘 要
21世纪的降临,人类面临的各种挑战越来越严峻,尤以高科技挑战为突出,为了迎接挑战,最有效又最紧迫的对策是在教育系统中改革教育模式,由应试教育逐步向素质教育转轨,抓好课堂教学的主渠道,大力改革旧的教学方法及手段。教学实践证明,多媒体教学已经成为提高教学质量,优化教学的重要手段。
多媒体教学,是在合理安排教学内容的基础上,恰当使用现代化教学媒体的一种教学手段。这样的教学模式往往要借助相应的辅助教学软件,即我们平时所说的CAI(Computer Aimed Instruction--计算机辅助教学)课件。教学的真实感和表现力不仅能促使学生积极参与到教学活动中去,充分调动学生学习的主动性和创造性,提高教学效率,改善学习效果,又能使学生根据自己的实际更好地接受因材施教和进行个别化学习,从而启迪学生创造思维。
本次设计的主要任务为计算机锅炉原理辅助教学软件设计,目的是制作一个 CAI 课件,来协助教师教授和帮助学生学习锅炉原理这门课,并且允许学生在没有教师的情况下也能够在计算机上进行自学。
我们的制作对象是哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司引进三井巴布科克技术生产,型号HG-1950/25.4-YM1,超临界参数变压运行直流炉、单炉膛、一次再热、平衡通风、前后墙对冲燃烧、露天布置、固态排渣、全钢构架、全悬吊结构Π型燃煤锅炉。
锅炉本体由一个膜式水冷壁炉膛,炉顶是顶棚过热器,水冷壁与受热面中间有四个蒸汽分离器连结,炉内受热面由省煤器、高温过热器、低温过热器、高温再热器和低温再热器构成,尾部烟道由包墙管过热器构成,前后墙各布置16只燃烧器。
本次设计的制作工具主要借用3DS MAX7.0。建造锅炉模型,以及各个部件,把模型放在三维空间的舞台上,组合,再从不同的角度用灯光照射,赋予每个部分动感和强烈的质感,通过摄像机的不同角度架设,利用渲染工具生成三维动画。
