第 16 卷 第 1 期 现 代 农 药 Vol.16 No.1 2017 年 2 月 Modern Agrochemicals Feb. 2017 ◆ 农药分析 ◆ 离子色谱法测定灭多威中的盐酸羟胺 , 徐 晨 1 2 (1. 苏州出入境检验检疫局 检验检疫综合技术中心,江苏苏州 215104 ;2. 苏州华博日化品检测服务有限公司,江苏 苏州 215104) 摘要 :建立了离子色谱-柱后衍生测定灭多威中痕量盐酸羟胺的新方法 。 样品经净化后 ,采用 IonPac CS16 离子交换色谱柱、安培检测器检测 ,外标法定量 。 结果表明 :盐酸羟胺在0.02~1.0 mg/L 质量浓度范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,线性相关系数为0.999 8 。 方法回收率为95.3%~98.1% ,相对标准 偏差均小于3% 。 检出限 (信噪比3 )为2.5 μg/L 。 该方法简便 ,灵敏度高 ,无杂质干扰 ,前处理简便 ,可 用于灭多威中痕量盐酸羟胺的测定 。 关键词 :离子色谱;安培检测器 ;盐酸羟胺 ;灭多威 中图分类号 : 文献标志码 : : TQ 450.7 A doi 10.3969/j.issn.1671-5284.2017.01.009 Determination of Hydroxylamine Hydrochloride in Methomyl by Ion Chromatography XU Chen1, 2 (1. Suzhou Huabo Daily Chemicals Testing Service Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Suzhou 215104, China) Abstract: An ion chromatographic method for determining of hydroxylamine hydrochloride in methomyl was developed with post-column derivation and ampere detector. The sample was cleanuped, separated on an analytical column IonPac CS16, then analysed by external standard method. The results showed that at the concentration of 0.02-1.0 mg/L, the calibration curves were linear with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The recoveries of the method were 95.3%- 98.1% with the related standard deviations less than 3% . The detection limit was 2.5 μg/L fo
