医学影像学杂志 2001 年第 11 卷第 1 期 　J Med Imaging Vol.11 No.1 2001 特发性椎管内硬膜外脂肪增多症的 M RI 与临床诊断 杜 　芳 , 李 　澄 (江苏省扬州市第一人民医院影像科 江苏 扬州 　225001) 　　【摘 　要】　目的 :探讨特发性椎管内硬膜外脂肪增 多症的 M RI 与临床表现 。 方法 :收集特发性椎管内硬膜外脂肪增多 症 12 例 , 回顾性分析术前 M RI 及其它影像 表现 。结 果 :特发 性椎管 内硬膜 外脂肪增 多症的 M RI 表现 有以下 特征 :①椎 管 内背侧硬膜外过多的脂肪沉积 。 ②沉积的脂肪呈连续的棱带状 。 ③硬膜囊背侧受压 。 ④脊髓受压 。 所作 X 线检查椎 管 内未见异常 , 部分脊髓造??示通过不畅 。 所作 CT 检查可见过多沉积的脂肪 , 但不能显示脊髓的 受压等表现 。 结论 :特 发 性椎管内硬膜外脂肪增多症的 M RI 在病灶的部位 、形态 、信号及其对周围组织的影响等方面均有规律可循 , 且 M RI 优 于 其它影像学检查 , 为临床诊断及治疗提供 依据 。 【关键词】　脊柱 ;脂肪增多症 ;磁共振成像 中图分类号 :R744 ;R744 .2 ;R445 .2 　　　文献标识码 :A 　文章编号 :1006 -9011(2001)01-0010-03 MRI and clinical diagnosis of idiopathic spinal epidural lipomatosis　DU Fang , L I Cheng .Imaging Department of Y angzhou No.1 People s Hospital , Y angzhou 225001, China 【Abstract】　Objective:T o investigate M RI and clinical manifestations of sy mptomatic spinal epidural lipomatosis .Methods:Col- lecting 12 cases of sy mptomatic spinal epidural lipomatosis and retrospectively analy zing the preoperative revealing in M RI and o ther imaging modalities .Results:M RI features of sy mptomatic spinal epidural lipomato sis show :(1)Plethora of fat deposits at the backside of epidura mater,(2)T he subsided fat is in shapes of continuous diamond co rd,(3)Backside of dural cyst depressed, (4)Spinal cord depressed .x -ray examination reveals normally .Part of spinal co rd enhancement show s no smooth flow .CT re- veals pletho ra fat subsided but can not show that appearance such as spinal co rd depressio n.Conclusion :T he lo cation , shape , sign
