中国普外基础与临床杂志 2006 年 11 月第 13 卷第 6 期 Chin J Bases Clin General Surg, Vol. 13, No. 6, Nov. 2006 # 671 # 【文章编号】 1007- 9424(2006)06- 0671- 05 血管外科 # 综述 腹主动脉瘤腔内压力测定揭示内漏特性 石 赟* 符伟国* 【摘要】 目的 探讨以瘤腔内压力( P sac ) 测定 手段研究 内漏的 现况, 揭示 各型内 漏的特性。 方法 回顾和 比 较以 Psa c 测定手段研究内漏的文献。用体外模型和动物模型模拟内漏, 或者在临床内漏病例中, 用各种压力传感 器 测量 瘤腔内压力。比较各项研究中无内漏和各型内 漏 P sac 的差异。结果 无内 漏时 Psac 0, 但明 显低于 系统压 力 ( Ps ys ) 。Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型内漏的 P sac 接近 Psy s 。关于Ⅱ型内漏 Psac 的特 点, 目 前研究 结论尚 存在相 互矛盾 之处。结论 术后 Psa c 大幅度下降消除了瘤体破裂的风险, 是腔内治疗成功的标志。较 小的Ⅰ型 内漏也可以 导致 P sac 明显升高, 因此必须处理。Ⅱ型内漏的危害性和处理原则尚存争议, 有待进一步研究。 【关键词】 腹主动脉瘤 内漏 压力传感器 瘤腔内压力 系统压力 【中图分类号】 R654. 3 【文献标识码】 A Intra-Sac Pressure Measurement of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm to Reveal The Characters of All Types of Endoleak S H I Yun , F U Wei-g uo .
