青岛农业大学海都学院 本科生毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 青岛市39中实验楼设计 姓 名： 刘捷 系 别： 工程系 专 业： 土木工程专业 班 级： 13级2班 学 号： 201371186 指导教师： 刘娟 2015年 6 月 9 日   摘要 该住宅楼位于青岛市市，4层，总面积约为5400m2 ，采用的是框架结构，均采用矩形。在本建筑设计中，充分利用框架结构的优点。建筑设计应显现人的中心地位，现代性和实用性。各功能分区符合人的生活活动规律，具有较好的舒适性、方便性、安全性。结构设计的目的有两个，一是满足使用功能的要求，二是经济问题。结构设计部分包括结构选型、结构布置、结构计算、施工图的绘制等，综合运用PKPM、天正等软件对计算数据进行了验算和调整。施工组织设计通过科学、经济、合理的规划安排，达到建设项目能够连续、均衡、协调的进行施工，满足建设项目对工期质量及投资方面的各项要求。 关键词： Abstract The school building is located in qingdao City, 4 layers, with a total area of 5400m2, uses the frame construction, are rectangular.
