摘要:该实验楼位于青岛市,共6层,总建筑面积为5000m2 ,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。在本建筑设计中,充分利用框架结构的优点,框架柱嵌固于基础顶面,框架梁与柱刚接,使建筑具有良好的刚度以及整体性。实验楼层高3m, 每层内设有四间实验室,同时设有仪器室,准备室,药品贮藏室,值班室以及休息室。并从二层开始设置演示室,同时还可以作为临时会议室,能够满足学生学习和教师办公的需要。结构设计部分包括结构选型、结构布置、结构计算、以及结构的验算。施工设计部分包括施工条件,施工进度,施工过程以及施工图的绘制等,综合运用PKPM、天正等软件对计算数据进行了验算和调整。

Abstract:The laboratory building is located in Qingdao, a total of 6 layers, with a total construction area of 5000m2, the use of reinforced concrete frame structure.
