单元教材分析
本单元是以“参加聚会”为话题,开展教学活动。通过谈论某个推断,学习if以引导的条件状语从句。通过丰富多彩的语言实践,既学习到许多新词如jeans, organize,let in等.又在语言情景中对 if 状语从句主句用将来时,从句用一般现在时进行了充分的操练。引导学生用If引导的条件状语从句来谈论事件之间的因果关系,并分析得出处理决定,或给出解决的意见。从而培养听力,口语交际及逻辑判断的能力。 进一步了解有关国内外一些特殊职业情况,培养协调能力和合作精神,体会学习英语的乐趣,树立远大的目标,并为之不懈地努力。
单元教学目标:
1、语言技能目标
To develop the Ss’ ability of listening,speaking,reading and writing
To train the students how to use their own words to express their ideas
2、语言知识目标
能够熟练的运用First conditional if_+ will
if+ will的句型(if 引导的条件状语从句,其结构为:if +状语从句,+主句)。要注意在状语从句中有一个规则是“主将从现”,即主句是将来时,则从句要用一般现在时表示将来。

3、情感态度目标
a. 由于本单元话题贴近学生生活,符合他们热爱休闲的心理,可以提高他们学习英语的兴趣,积极参与英语实践活动。
b. 学习因果关系的表达和做出合理的建议。
c. 谈论自己的感受,同时使学生在英语交流中注意并观察他人的情感。
Teaching key points and difficult points
1.教学重点:
A.?句型:If you do, you’ll …. 词汇:jeans, organize,take away, clean-up, flowers
B.?Talking about consequences, especially for a party. What will happen if we hold a party?
2.? 教学难点:
本课时的难点应为First conditional if +will. Present progressive as future, 即在条件状语从句中,往往用一般现在时来表示一般将来时。

(一)情境导入
Ⅰ. 首先,用歌曲If You Are Happy导入新课,让学生在歌声中轻松的进入学习状态,切入学习主题。并在歌曲中感知一下if 的用法。
导入语:Hello, everyone! Are you happy today? (Yes/No) I’m very happy now. If I’m happy, I will listen to music. Do you want to listen? Now, Let’s listen to If You Are Happy together. 播放音乐
听完歌曲后问:What will you do if you are happy? (If I’m happy, I will…)
Ⅱ. 继续问一些问题进一步感知并运用if条件句,自然进入新课:
①what will you do if you are sad?
②If you have some money, what will you buy?
③If you are late for school , what will happen?
