百草枯急性中毒大鼠肺组织MDA、T-SOD、GSH水平及三七皂苷的干预作用 潘东峰 赵素琴 李政军 宁夏人民医院急诊科 750021 [摘要]目的 观察百草枯(PQ)急性中毒大鼠血浆、肺组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、总超氧化物歧化酶谷胱甘肽还原酶GSH)水平,探讨三七皂苷(PNS)对PQ中毒大鼠的抗氧化治疗作用。方法:将只SD大鼠随机分为 3 组:、、组。、组采用构建SD大鼠模型,同时给予预防性治疗,采用化学比色法检测总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD谷胱甘肽还原酶(G)的含量。结果:(P0.01)。PQ组与比较:。结论:GSH 三七皂苷 抗氧化 The MDA, T-SOD, GSH levels in rat lung tissue of acute paraquat poisoning and notoginsenoside intervention study Pan Dongfeng Zhao Suqing lizhengjun Ningxia Peoples Hospital Emergency Department 750021 [Abstract] Objective To observe the malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione reductase (GSH) levels in rat plasma and lung homogenates of acute paraquat (PQ) poisoning,explore Panax notoginseng saponins on the role of antioxidant treatment to PQ poisoning rats. Methods: 54 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: Control group、 PQ group and PQ + PNS group. PQ group and PQ + PNS group with disposable gavage to build the SD rat poisoning model, the latter at the same time give PNS preventive treatment, the chemical colorimetric assay in lung homogenates of malondialdehyde (MDA), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione reductase (GSH) content. Results: The MDS in the plasma and lung homogenates of the PQ group and PQ + PNS group than Control group, the T-SOD and GSH lower than the Control group (P 0.01). PQ group and PQ + PNS group: PQ + PNS group content of MDA in plasma and lung homogenates compared with PQ group lower (P 0.01); PQ + PNS group, the plasma T-SOD higher than the PQ group (P 0.01); T-SOD in the lung homogenate higher than the PQ group (P 0.05); GSH content higher than the PQ group (P 0.05) in plasma and lung homogenate of the PQ + PNS group. Conclusion: notoginsenoside inhibit PQ-induced peroxidation,have antioxidant treatment to PQ poisoning.
