精品论文 参考文献 经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折63例分析 湖南武冈展辉医院 湖南武冈 422400 【摘 要】目的 探讨经皮微创接骨板内固定术（MIPPO）治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2014年10月-2015年10月期间收治的胫骨远端骨折患者126例为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同将其随机分为观察组和对照组各63例，观察组采用MIPPO治疗，对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、完全负重下地时间各指标均明显优于对照组（Plt;0.01）；两组术后Baird评分与术前比较均明显提高，观察组提高幅度大于对照组，分别比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）；观察组并发症发生率3.2%，明显低于对照组的17.5%（Plt;0.01）；观察组患者优良率100%，对照组88.9%，组间差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折，手术创伤小、患者恢复快、并发症发生率低，临床疗效好，有较高的临床应用价值。 【关键词】微创；胫骨远端；接骨板内固定术；临床疗效 [Abstract] objective to study the percutaneous minimally invasive bone plate fixation（MIPPO）the clinical curative effect of treatment of distal tibia fractures.Methods select our hospital during the October 2014 - October 2014 treated 126 cases of patients with distal tibial fracture as the research object，according to the different treatment to each 63 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group，the observation group MIPPO treatment，control group treated by open reduction and internal fixation，compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results the observation group of patients with operation time，intraoperative blood loss，fracture healing time，full weight above the indexes were significantly better than that of control group（P lt; 0.01）; Two groups of postoperative Baird score compared with preoperative were significantly improved，increase amplitude is greater than the control group，the observation group comparative differences are statistically significant（P lt; 0.01）; Complication rates 3.2%，the observation group was obviously less than 17.5% in the control group（P lt; 0.01）; Observation group of patients was 100%，88.9% in control group，difference between groups was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion percutaneous minimally invasive bone plate fixation for treatment distal tibial fracture，surgery in patients with small trauma，rapid recovery and low incidence of complications，clinical curative effec
