电化学预处理与MBR工艺联合处理制膜废水

摘要:针对某制膜企业废水COD值高,可生化性差的水质特点,在原有MBR(膜生物反应器)生化处理的基础上,增加曝气
微电解一混凝/离心一催化电氧化对该制膜废水进行预处理,提高废水的可生化性,使通过MBR处理的废水达标排放。现场测定结
果表明,预处理设备运行效果良好,整套系统处理出水CODlOOmg/L、BOD20mg/L、NH3一N10 mg/L。催化电氧化预处理与
MBR生化联合工艺在高浓度难生化有机废水处理方向上具有比较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the high COD and difficultly degradable quality characteristics about membrane-making
wastewater which belonged to a company,the biodegradability of the wastewater was improve,and the quality of
wastewater after treatment by MBR was below the national emission standards by adding pretreatment of membrane—-mak--
ing wastewater with composite processes of aeration micro—-electrolysis—-coagu]ation/centrifugalization—-catalyzed electro
—oxidation on the basis of the original MBR process.Field measurements showed that the pretreatment equipment was
running well,the effluent COD was less than 1 00 m#L and BOD less than 20 mg/L and NH3一N was below 1 0 mg/L
from the entire system.Catalytic electro—oxidation pretreatment combined with the MBR technology had a good印plica—
tion prospect in the direction of wastewater treatment about high concentration and difficultly degradable organic.

南方某制膜企业主要生产中空纤维膜,由于在生产工艺中
加入必要的有机溶剂,致使废水中的有机物质浓度较高,其中的
主要成份为DMAC(二甲基乙酰胺)、DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)、
PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)、PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)、PEG(聚乙二醇)、
甘油和乙醇等,因而使得该生产工艺废水的COD值较高,毒性
较大,可生化性差。
该企业采用生化MBR工艺,通过厌氧+好氧+膜进行处
理。但由于生产废水的COD值较高为30000~40000 mg/L左
