156例脊柱结核患者抗结核药物副作用临床研究 宁夏医科大学附属医院脊柱外科 金卫东1 王自立 摘 要:目的　阐明脊柱结核抗结核药物副作用发生情况及预防、处理措施。方法　对1998年1月～2007 年12月间经我院确诊治疗的脊柱结核患者156 例进行临床回顾性研究。结果　发生抗结核药物副作用68 例(43.6 %) ,以肝功能损害、位听神经损害、胃肠反应及视力损害为主(86.0%) ,因副作用致终止治疗4例，占2.6%。其中发生一种同类别副作用43例，二种副作用20例，三种以上副作用5例。抗痨药物的副作用多出现于用药早期，二个月内占67.5 %。结论　抗结核药物引起的副作用较常见,临床常易忽视,若发生抗结核药物严重副作用，易引起严重后果，应引起临床医生高度重视。 关键词:脊柱；抗结核药物；副作用 Clinical study on side effects for Anti-tuberculosis drugs in 156 spinal tuberculosis patients Department of Spine Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, JIN Weidong1, WANG Zili [Abstract] Objective To elucidate the occurrence ,prevention and treatment of the side effects by anti-tuberculosis drugs for spinal tuberculosis. Method Between January 1998 and December 2007 , 156 Inter-hospital spinal tuberculosis patients were reviewed. Results 68 cases (43.6%) of the patients suffered side effects caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs, The symptoms of liver functional lesion , acoustic nerve injury, gastrointestinal response and eyesight injury of them were primary(86.0%). There were four cases stopped anti-tuberculosis drugs treatment due to side effects, about 2.6%. In this group there were one kind of side-effects 43 cases, two kinds of side effects 20 cases, three or more side effects five cases. 67.5% in Side effects occurred within 2 months after administration. Conclusion The side effects of Anti-TB drugs were more common, It’s often easy to ignore by patients, if patients occurred serious side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs, it easily lead to serious consequences, clinicians should pay more attention to it.
