Strengthen knowledge and nursing of diabetic foot related standard health education conclusion diabetic patients, improve the consciousness and ability of self nursing of patients with foot 　　【Key words】 diabetic diabetic foot health education 　　糖尿病足是指因糖尿病血管病变、周围神经病变、感染等因素引起糖尿病患者足部或下肢组织破坏的一种病变，国外报道糖尿病足的发病率为5.3%～10.5%，我国的糖尿病足的发病率约为8.57%。糖尿病足的治疗较为困难，致残率高，造成患者心理与经济的双重负担，生活质量严重下降[1-3]，我们于2012年1月至2013年01月入住内分科治疗的308例糖尿病患者进行糖尿病足知识健康教育，并进行前后知识掌握情况的问卷调查。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1 对象 　　2012年1月至2013年1月在内分泌科住院的糖尿病病人，纳入标准：①符合WHO诊断标准，确诊为糖尿病的患者；②尚未发生糖尿病足部感染或溃疡的患者。排除标准：有严重视、听功能障碍或认知障碍，患有精神疾病或意识障碍者。 　　1.2 方法 　　1.2.1 经患者知情同意后，由护士对新入院的糖尿病患者发放调查问卷并解释填写注意事项；对于年龄较大的老年患者则逐条提问，患者口述答案后由护士据实记录；填毕当场收回问卷，检查问
