精品论文 参考文献 经皮锁定钢板与传统解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨下段骨折的比较 江海轮 任郁郁 梁春林 山东省青岛市城阳区第二人民医院 266112 摘要：目的 探讨经皮锁定钢板与传统解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨下段骨折疗效。方法 选取我院骨科收治90例胫骨下段骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别采用经皮锁定钢板内固定、传统解剖钢板内固定治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间均少于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗优良率为97.78%明显高于对照组82.22%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨下段骨折较传统钢板内固定术可减小患者创伤，提高治疗效果，具有显著质量效果。 关键词：经皮锁定钢板；传统解剖钢板；内固定；胫骨下段；骨折 【abstract】objective to evaluate percutaneous locking plate with anatomic plate internal fixation for traditional lower segment tibial fracture curative effect.Methods select our hospital orthopedic treated 90 patients with fracture of tibia under section were randomly divided into observation group and control group，respectively，using percutaneous locking plate internal fixation，traditional anatomic plate internal fixation treatment，compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results observation group operation time，intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time were less than the control group，compare the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Treatment was 97.78% for the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 82.22%，comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion percutaneous locking plate internal fixation treatment of lower segment tibia fractures than traditional plate fixation can reduce the trauma patients，improve the effect of treatment and quality has significant effect. 【key words】percutaneous locking plate；Traditional anatomical steel plate；Internal fixation；The tibia segment；fracture 胫骨下段骨折为下肢常见骨折之一，多由暴力原因造成，临床多需手术治疗。传统解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨下段具有固定稳定、预后好等优点，在临床中早已普及使用。随着内固定技术发展，微创内固定可减少创伤，提高治疗效果。为探究经皮锁定钢板与传统解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨下段骨折疗效，笔者进行本次研究，具体方法如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取2013年2月~2014年1月我院收治90例胫骨下段骨折患者为研究对象，根据患者入院顺序进行编号，采用计算机随机抽签分组方法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。观察组中男29例，女16例；年龄16~69岁，平均（44.9plusmn;6.2）岁；对照组中男30例，女15例；年龄15~72岁，平均（45.5plusmn;6.8）岁。观察组性别构成比、年龄与对照组比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05），分组具有比较性。所有患者均自愿参加本次研究，并签署知情同意书。 1.2 方法
