精品论文 参考文献 糖尿病足的危险因素及临床护理要点分析 黄勤凤 　　（江苏省无锡市南京医科大学附属无锡第二医院 江苏 无锡 214002） 　　【摘 要】目的：分析研究糖尿病足的危险因素及临床护理要点。方法：随机选择2012年5月至2014年5月本院收治的50例糖尿病足患者作为观察组，随机选取同时期50例糖尿病未见足部病变的患者作为对照组。两组患者均进行临床常规护理以及治疗。分析糖尿病足的危险因素，并据此总结临床护理要点。结果：足部不清洁、糖尿病病程长、饮食控制不佳、鞋袜不合适、糖尿病基础知识缺乏、修甲不正确等与糖尿病足具有较高的相关性。对比两组患者的并发症发生几率，结果显示观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：足部不清洁、糖尿病病程长、饮食控制不佳、鞋袜不合适、糖尿病基础知识缺乏、修甲不正确等是糖尿病足的主要危险因素，糖尿病足会增加各类并发症的发生几率，故应对糖尿病足患者进行一定程度的健康知识宣教以及足部护理指导等预防护理措施，以此降低糖尿病足的发病率或延缓糖尿病足的病情进展。 　　【关键词】糖尿病足；危险因素；临床护理要点 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0120-02 　　【Abstract】Objective: to analyze the risk factors of diabetic foot points and clinical nursing. Methods: 50 cases of patients with diabetic foot were randomly selected from 2012 May to 2014 May in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation group, 50 cases of diabetic foot lesions and no patients as the control group. Two groups of patients were treated with routine clinical care and treatment. Analysis of risk factors of diabetic foot, and then summarize the main points of clinical nursing. Results: the correlation of the foot is not clean, long duration of diabetes mellitus, poor diet, and not appropriate, lack of basic knowledge of diabetes, manicure incorrect and diabetic foot high. Comparing the two groups of patients the incidence of complications, the results showed that the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the foot is not clean, long duration of diabetes, poor diet, and not appropriate, lack of basic knowledge of diabetes, manicure incorrect are the main risk factors of diabetic foot, the incidence of diabetic foot will increase all kinds of complications, the patients with diabetic foot to a certain degree of health education and nursing guidance for prevention and nursing of foot the measures, in order to reduce the incidence of diabetic foot or retard the progression of diabetic foot disease. 　　【keyword】diabetic foot; risk factors; clinical nursing
