奥氮平联合舒必利治疗难治性精神分裂症临床效果探析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析并探?奥氮平联合舒必利治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床效果，从而为临床治疗方案选择提供依据。方法 随机选取2014年6月―2016年6月在医院接受治疗的难治性精神分裂症患者120例为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组60例。观察组给予奥氮平联合舒必利治疗，对照组仅给予奥氮平治疗。结果 观察组治疗有效率为70.00%，对照组治疗有效率为51.67%。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 奥氮平联合舒必利治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床效果显著，症状改善明显，值得临床推广 [关键词] 奥氮平；舒必利；精神分裂症；临床效果 [中图分类号] R749 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）01（c）-0122-04 Analysis of Clinical Effect of Olanzapinerexa Combined with Sulpiride in Treatment of Treatment-resistant Schizophrenia LIANG Jin-hai Department of Psychiatry， Nanan Rehabilitation Hospital， Nanan， Fujian Province， 362360 China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of olanzapinerexa combined with sulpiride in treatment of treatment-resistant schizophrenia thus providing basis for the choice of the clinical treatment plan. Methods 120 cases of patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were random selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each， the observation group were treated with olanzapinerexa combined with sulpiride， while the control group were treated with simple olanzapinerexa. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（70.00% vs 51.67%），（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of olanzapinerexa combined with sulpiride in treatment of treatment-resistant schizophrenia is obvious， and the improvement of symptoms is obvious， which is worth clinical promotion.
