[摘要]目的：分析血液透析室护士职业认同在医院伦理氛围与道德敏感性之间的中介效应，为提高临床护

士的道德敏感性水平提供参考。方法：于2023年12月至2024年4月，采用方便抽样法抽取山东省6所综合医院

的218名血液透析室护士为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、护士职业认同评定量表、医院伦理氛围量表、护士

道德敏感性问卷进行调查。结果：血液透析室护士道德敏感性、职业认同、医院伦理氛围得分分别为（40.35±7.45）、

（118.52±19.58）、（104.64±16.47）分；医院伦理氛围与职业认同呈正相关（r=0.709，P0.001），与道德敏感性

呈正相关（r=0.536，P0.001），职业认同与道德敏感性呈正相关（r=0.560，P0.001）；血液透析室护士职业认

同在医院伦理氛围与道德敏感性之间起部分中介作用，中介效应占总效应的47.93％。结论：血液透析室护士职业

认同是医院伦理氛围与道德敏感性的中介变量。医院管理者可以通过营造良好的伦理氛围，增强护士的职业认同感，

从而提高护士的道德敏感性水平，提升护理服务质量。
