MQ-2000PT糖化血红蛋白分析仪的性能评价 刘彤 孙旭东 王友湘 吴小兰 (上海惠中医疗科技有限公司,上海,201206) 【摘要】 目的 对MQ-2000PT糖化血红蛋白分析仪进行性能评价。方法 系统研究MQ-2000PT糖化血红蛋白分析仪测定糖化血红蛋白A1c的精密度、抗干扰水平,同时分析与Bio-Rad公司的D10糖化血红蛋白分析仪的相关性。结果 MQ-2000PT糖化血红蛋白分析仪具有较高的精密度,批内CV≤1.42%、批间CV≤2.68%,与D10比较,相关系数r=0.9930(P=0.0001)。两种分析系统具有高度的相关性。分别在血标本中添加不同浓度的乙醛、葡萄糖、胆红素·F、胆红素·C、抗坏血酸及乳糜进行测试,结果显示不同干扰物质对于HbA1c浓度影响很小。结论 MQ-2000PT糖化血红蛋白分析仪具有快速、准确、自动化程度高等特点。 【关键词】 糖化血红蛋白 性能评价 分析仪 Evaluation of performance of MQ-2000PT Glycolated Hemoglobin Analyzer. Methods Statistically research the precision and the level of interference of MQ-2000PT when analyzing Hemoglobin A1c. At the same time analyze the correlation between MQ-2000PT Glycolated Hemoglobin Analyzer and D10 Hemoglobin A1c program. Results The precision of MQ-2000PT Glycolated Hemoglobin Analyzer is good, within run(% CV) ≤1.42%, between run(% CV) ≤2.68%. The comparison study demonstrates that the two systerms have high correlation, correlation coefficient r=0.9930(P=0.0001). Accord to adding different concentrations of Acetaldehyde, glucose, bilirubin F, bilirubin C, Ascorbic Acid and Chyle to whool blood samples, the results indicate that different interfering substances have few interference with Hemoglobin A1c assay. Conclusions MQ-2000PT Glycolated Hemoglobin Analyzer has the characteristics of high-spid, high-accuracy and high-automatization etc. [Key words] Gycohemoglobin; Evaluation of performance; Glycolated Hemoglobin Analyzer 糖尿病是一种常见的内分泌代谢障碍性疾病,其发病率正在逐年的增加。在血糖检测中,糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,GHb)是糖尿病诊断和治疗的重要指标,广泛应用于临床[1]。糖化血红蛋白是葡萄糖与血红蛋白经过非酶催化形成的稳定的糖基化产物。GHb包括HbA1a、HbA1b、HbA1c等,其中HbA1c占血红蛋白的比例与血糖浓度呈正相关[2,3]。由于红细胞在血液循环中的寿命约为120天,因此HbA1c的浓度可反映糖尿病患者过去1~2个 月的血糖平均水平[4]。DCCT(1983-1993年)与UKPDS(1977-19
