精品论文 参考文献 细节护理对神经外科住院患者感染率、压疮发生率及护理满意率的改善作用 德阳市第二人民医院 四川 德阳 618000 作者简介： 吴晋莉，女，主管护师，四川省德阳市第二人民医院预防保健科，研究方向护理管理、临床护理及预防保健。 江涛，男，主治医师，四川省德阳市第二人民医院神经外科，华西医科大学在读研究生 [摘要]目的：为了进一步提高神经外科住院患者的护理质量并减少各种不良事件的发生几率，分析和探讨在患者治疗过程中选取细节护理的价值和意义。方法：通过随机数字表的方法选取77例于2014年4月至2015年4月在我院神经外科住院治疗的患者作为研究对象，遵照双盲、对照的研究原则将其分为试验组和对照组，入组的所有患者在住院过程中均采取包括密切观察病情、临床护理、呼吸道护理等的常规护理措施，而观察组在上述护理的措施基础上同时实行细节护理，比较不同的护理措施对患者感染率、压疮发生率及护理满意度的影响。结果：经过对比分析发现，对照组患者的压疮发生率、感染率及护理满意度分别为7（15.22%）、6（13.04%）、39（84.78%），试验组患者的压疮发生率、感染率及护理满意度分别为2（4.16%）、3（6.25%）、48（100.00%），试验组疗效更好且对疾病知识了解更透彻，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：将细节护理应用于神经外科住院患者的治疗过程中，在提高神经外科手术治疗效果的同时明显提高了科室护理管理水平和服务质量，减少了各种医患纠纷的发生，值得推广和应用。 [关键词] 细节护理；神经外科；护理服务；满意度 【中图分类号】R818.22【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0267-02 The improvement effect of details nursing for infection rate, incidence of pressure ulcers and nursing satisfaction of neurosurgery hospitalized patients 【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss and analyze the value and significance of details nursing in the process of patient treatment, in order to improve the nursing quality of neurosurgery hospitalized patients and to reduce the risk of a variety of adverse events. Methods: 77 cases, which admitted in our hospital neurosurgery during April 2014 - April 2015, were selected as the research object and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the principle of double blind control.
