You will work in pairs and role-play the interview. The following steps may help you with the project. Developing your ideasPresenting your ideasOrganizing your ideas STEP 1Developing your idea：Work in pairs and brainstorm for one of China’s technological achievements that has changed or is changing our lives. You may think about it from the following aspects.Brainstorm for a topicOnline communicationMobile paymentTransportationNew-energy vehiclesPower generation and transmissionSpace exploration… STEP 2Decide your roles. One plays the host and the other plays the guest speaker. Both of you need to search for related information on your topic. To better prepare for the interview, you may consider the following questions.Search for related informationWho developed this technology?When was it developed?What difficulties were involved in developing it?What are its applications?How advanced is it in the world?What benefits has it brought or is bringing us?… TipsThe host should have an overall knowledge of the achievement so that they can put forward appropriate questions in a logical way. Similarly, the guest speaker should know enough details about the main aspects of the achievement so that their explanations can be understood.
