Everyone without mathematics learning career this course, but in many people the impression that mathematics seems to be that mathematicians in calculus of paper has thought of a mental game, for the average person is some advanced even out of reach. Math, then, was almost a byword for boredom.
In fact, mathematics is closely related to life. There is mathematics in life and mathematics in life. It is only those students who have little knowledge of life, that the mathematics they spontaneously feel is still hazy, superficial, and even unconscious of the meaning of life. So the mathematics teaching, especially the lower grade mathematics teaching, class is to introduce the life situation, a pair of eyes to live for the children, make them feel math interesting, mathematical rational and mathematics useful. Turn a blind eye when the students are common and life phenomenon is expressed in mathematical language, when their life by means of mathematical thinking observation, familiar with the world, and consciously use mathematics knowledge to solve the problem, the mathematical and life will become more and more close, mathematics veil will be solved, it is no longer mysterious and unfathomable. As the Dutch mathematician and educator fredenthal put it, teaching mathematics is to be grounded in reality and grounded in reality. Because, the mathematics that leave life is an unglamorous Dead Sea!
Classroom: boldly open to life
How to get students to actively use the eyes of life to find the math around? Elementary school mathematics class must be boldly open to life first.
