The price terms of a sales contract include unit price and total price. The price of goods usually refer to the unit price.
Type of currency.
Price for exports may be quoted in the buyer’s currency, the seller’s currency or in a third currency.
Price per unit.
They consist of the purchasing cost of the goods, profit margin, inland freight, packaging expenses, warehousing, commodity inspection fees, export tariffs and entry fees, agent commissions, etc. Also ocean freight and insurance premiums might be in the quotation.

The specified measurement unit should also be mentioned because many countries use different systems of measures and weights.

2240 pounds=1 long ton = 1.016 metric ton
