东莞市xx步行街是甲方开发并拥有的综合性商业街，甲方同意其中部份广告位置租给乙方，现双方经友好协商，就租赁事项达成如下协议。
一、租赁广告位置：

二、租赁广告位置用途：
只可用作宣传本商铺经营商品品牌形象。
三、使用期限
甲乙双方协定上述广告位置租赁使用期合同为1年。合同期满，在同等条件下，乙方可优先办理续签手续
（续签租金从第2年按全额80%，第三年按第2年全额80%再80%）。
四、租金期限：
乙方按规定交付广告位置租金期自甲方首次发出交付使用通知书日起共计6个月，甲方免费送6个月，共12个月。
五、认租费：
认租费（包括广告制作、安装、维修、管理）合计为人民币|（见甲方广告收费总表），并采用一次性付款方式缴付，此费用均不作退还。
六、其他说明：
乙方提拱的广告内容必须符合国家有关规定，并且真实健康，禁止刊登虚伪广告。
