12 1 第 1 2 卷 第 1 期 辽 宁 中 医 药 大 学 学 报 Vol. No. 2010 年 1 月 JOURNAL OF LIAONING UNIVERSITY OF TCM Jan . ，2010 糖尿病健康教育实施体会 王月玲 （开封市中医院，河南 开封 475001 ） 摘 要：目的：通过健康教育让患者掌握更多的糖尿病相关知识。方法：通过有计划、有目的的教育活动，使患 者及其家属通过每一次的讲座都能掌握一个知识点。结合尿常规、尿微量蛋白、肝功等检查报告单，与主管大夫沟 通结合，为每位患者制定糖尿病膳食单，以保证患者在规定热量进食。在集中授课时主要讲解糖尿病的饮食疗法， 运动疗法，糖尿病的基础知识，胰岛素制剂作用的时间、储存方法及更换注射部位的重要性，以及糖尿病的其他相关 内容。结果：通过健康教育增加了患者对糖尿病的客观认识，使患者在住院期间最大限度掌握了糖尿病相关知识， 丰富了患者的住院生活。提高了患者对治疗的满意度，有效的引导患者进行自我护理，纠正了糖尿病患者以往不良 饮食习惯及不健康行为。 关键词：糖尿病；健康教育；实施；体会 ( ) 中图分类号：R587.1　 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-842X 2010 01- 0167- 02 Implementation and Experience of Diabetes Health Education WANG Yue-ling （Kaifeng Hospital of Chinese Medicine, Kaifeng 475001, Hena, China） Objective : Through the health education to make patients have more knowledge of diabetes.
