摘 要 教务管理系统是高校教学管理的核心,一个科学的教务管理系统对于提高高校 的管理水平、效率、质量以及保障正常的教学秩序起着决定性作用。教务管理系统 的设计既要科学,具有完善的功能和良好的性能,又要因地制宜,要与学校特点和 实际的教务工作流程紧密联系。 本文结合独立学院教务系统的实际情况,以烟台大学文经学院教务管理需求为 背景,完成系统的需求分析、总体框架设计和功能模块设计;通过分析 C/S 和 B/S 模式各自的优缺点,设计了一种基于 C/S 和 B/S 混合架构模式的教务管理系统模型, 完成了对教务管理系统功能的分类,并采用三层体系结构;以 Oracle10g 为数据库 开发平台,完成了系统的逻辑设计,并进行物理数据库的实现;最后使用 Rational Rose2003 建模工具完成对系统的 UML 软件建模,并完成对独立学院教务管理系统 的分析与设计。 在教务管理系统分析和设计过程中,采用了面向对象思想的软件建模技术。同 时,将二维码技术引入系统设计中。 关键词:UML; 教务管理系统;面向对象;分析类;二维码;C/S;B/S Abstract Educational administration system is the core of college teaching administrative system. A scientific educational administration system plays a decisive role in improving the college administrative level, efficiency, quality, and guaranteeing the normal teaching order. The design of educational administration system should not only be scientific, with perfect function and good performance, but also be specific, connected closely with the characteristics of each college and its practical workflow of educational administration. Considering the practical situation of educational administration system in independent colleges and the requirements of educational administration in Yantai Wenjing College, this paper introduces the requirement analysis, overall frame design and function module design; By analyzing the respective advantages and disadvantages of C/S and B/S mode, a new mode of educational administration system, mixed with C/S and B/S, has been designed, which classifies the functions of educational administration system with a three-layer frame. Based on the database developing platform Oracle10g, the system has been designed logically and the database has been implemented. At last it completes the modeling of UML using Rational Rose2003, coupled with the analysis and design of the educational administration system for independent colleges.
