洲II 洲II i fl[JIJf IrrJr I r fil l rlIrlf 硕|：论文 基于UML的科技计划项目管瑁 Y1 9 1 8632 摘要 21世纪是个信息时代，工作节奏较上世纪有了质的飞跃，信息的传输和汇总将直接 影响工作效率的高低。而计算机技术、网络通讯技术、多媒体技术、数据库技术及自动 化技术的飞速发展，为科技计划项目管理系统的实现提供了强大的技术支持。本课题以 计算机网络技术为基础，以软件工程思想为指导，以Visual Studio．NET 2008为开发平 台，基于UML思想，使用C样语言设计的B／S结构的网上科技计划项目管理系统。 该系统能协助项目申报人、申报单位、评审专家、项目管理单位实现对科技计划项 目的协同管理，实现项目申报、评审、验收、成果转化的过程化、制度化、规范化管理， 基于网络完成信息传递，减少事务消耗，创造协同办公环境。申报人员能更方便的进行 项目申报、项目信息查看、自身信息维护，申报单位和项目管理单位能更方便的进行项 目过程管理，跟踪项目的推广应用情况，工作效率能得到很大的提高。 本论文介绍了系统开发各阶段的主要工作和实现技术，在需求分析阶段，结合功能 结构图和用例图描述了本系统的功能需求，并对本系统进行了可行性分析，同时简要介 绍了系统开发的主要技术：在总体设计阶段，介绍了系统的总体架构，设计了数据库； 在详细设计阶段，结合类图、程序序列图及活动图等对系统的重要模块进行了阐述。最 后进行了单元测试、集成测试和系统测试，测试结果表明，本系统实现了设计目标，可 以满足科技计划项目管理的需求。 关键词：眦建模技术；科技项目管理；项目申报；项目评审；项目验收；科技成果 应用 Abstract Abstract 硕士论文 Abstract The 2 1髓century is the information age．The work pace has been a qualitative leap over the last century．Information transmission and aggregation will directly affect the level of efficiency．The rapid development of computer technology,network communication technology,multimedia technology,database technology and automation technology provides a powerful technical support for the realization of scientific and technological project management system．An online project management system using C群language of the platform of Studio．NET 2008 and B／S structure is developed based on the computer network technology and ideas of software engineering and UML． The project applicants，organizations，experts，management agencies Call be assisted by the collaborative management of projects．The process，institutionalized,standardized management of project application,review,acceptance，achievements is realized in this paper． The information is transmitted by networks．The time consumption of routing affair is reduced． The environment of coordination
