山东科技大学硕士毕业生论文 摘要 摘 要 工作流管理系统（WfMS，WorkflowManagementSystem）是以计算机支持的分布 式、协同工作业务流程的自动或半自动化为研究目标的软件系统。随着计算机网络，特 别是Internet/Intranet的迅猛发展和应用，计算机支持的分布式、协同工作的工作流系 统。在企、事业单位中的地位显得越来越重要，也有着广阔的前景。泰安联通CRM系统 就是基于企业内部网络、分布式的一个工作流管理系统，主要用于客户维系、产品销 售、渠道等的管理，并与现行的其它系统如营帐计费系统等对接，共享数据。 论文以泰安联通公司的CRM系统开发为例，主要描述了以面向对象的UML表示体系 及分析与设计通用工作流管理系统的过程。 本文共分三个部分。第一部分对工作流产生的时代背景以及它所具有的功能作简 要的介绍，并指出由于工作流管理系统具有的一些特点而使其非常适合于使用UML进 行分析与设计。第二部分主要介绍工作流管理系统的概要，系统建模方法及表示体系 和UML的特点、优势以及用UML开发通用工作流管理系统的原理、方法和步骤，简述如 何使用UML来逐步分析与设计工作流管理系统以及基于UML的工作流管理系统进行系统 开发时的一些优缺点，并以作者参与的开发项目为例，介绍了基于UML的CRM系统的 设计与实现。第三部分对基于UML的工作流管理系统的应用特点进行了总结并对工作 流管理系统的发展前景作了展望，指出工作流管理系统在我国的发展具有广阔的前 景。 目前泰安联通的CRM系统已经部分投入运行，正在运行的部分包括了客户维系、 产品销售、渠道管理等功能，有效整合了各个专业的工作流程、产品组合等资源，进 一步提高企业的管理效率和管理水平。 关键词：UML, 统一与标准化，面向对象，工作流，视图 ABSTRACT Workflow Management System is a software with the goal of automated or half-automated computer supported distributed and work cooperative workflow. With the rapid development and application of computer network, especially Internet/Intranet, the status of the computer supported distributed and work cooperative workflow system becomes more and more important in enterprises, it has a wide foreground as well. China Unicom--- Tai’an subsidiary company CRM system is an Intranet system based on enterprises, as a distributed workflow system, it is mainly used for the management of keeping touch with customers , products selling, channels, and so on, in addition, it can share data with other systems like charging system, if it can be connected with them. The paper mainly describes the universal workflow management system analysis and designing procedure with object oriented UML indicating its architecture, taking the developing of the China Unicom---Tai’an subsidiary company CRM as example.
