PFNA内固定联合药物治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折[摘要] 目的：观察PFNA内固定联合药物治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法：对28例患者采用PFNA内固定术配合鲑鱼降钙素注射液或喷鼻剂加服钙尔奇D片治疗， 对其进行追踪随访。结果：本组患者手术及住院期间无死亡;术后随访6～20个月，28例骨折患者全部愈合；术后功能评价：优22例，良4例，差2例，优良率为92.86%。结论：PFNA内固定联合药物治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折能有效促进骨痂的生长，加速骨折的愈合，减少了患者的卧床时间，促进了早期功能锻炼和患髋的功能恢复。 [关键词] 骨质疏松；转子间骨折； PFNA；鲑鱼降钙素；钙尔奇D 片 [中图分类号] R683.24 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721（2011）07（a）-052-02 Clinical observation for the treatment of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture with PFNA combined with drug CHEN Hailiang, PANG Ruiming, SHENG Zhaohui, LIU Hongcai, ZENG Weikun, WU Zerong Department of Orthopaedics, Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital of Baoan District, Shenzhen City, GuangdongProvince, Shenzhen 518133, China [Abstract] Objective: To study the effect iveness of PFNA combined with drug in the treatment of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: Twenty-eight cases of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures were reated with PFNA combined with Miacalcic in combination with D-Calfor were followed-up. Results: There was no dead cases in operation and duration of hospital stay. All of the patients were followed-up about 6-20 months and the fractures were all fealing. Postoperative function evaluation showed excellent was 22 cases, good was 4 cases and poor was 2 cases. The excellent and good rate was 92.86%. Conclusion: In treating osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures, PFNA combined with drug can efficiently promote growth of osteothlus, accelerate union of fractures, reduce the time in bed, and facilitate funct ional recovery. [Key words] Osteoporosis; Femoral intertrochanteric fracture; PFNA; Miacalcic; D-calfor 骨质疏松症是老年人的常见病和多发病，其最大的危害是导致骨折的发生，其中以髋部骨折的病死率与病残率最高[1]，而股骨转子间骨折是老年人临床比较多见的骨折类型，本研究就本科2008年3月～2009年12月采用股骨近端髓内钉（PFNA）内固定联合药物治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折28例进行总结，疗效满意，结果报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 男12 例，女16 例；年龄60～96 岁，平均72 岁。按AO分型：A1型5例，A2型12例，A3型11例，均为闭合性骨折。受伤原因：摔伤21例，高处坠落伤5例，车祸伤2例，合并其他部位损伤6例。伴发疾病：高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病8例，慢性支气管炎、肺气肿4例
