物业人事培训主管岗位责任制提要:负责新员工的上岗前培训、调职培训及升职培训工作,结合管理工作实际,拟定在职培训方案,编写培训教材,组织对员工进行业务培训
物业人事培训主管岗位责任制
人事培训主管在管理处经理助理的领导下,负责管理处各类人员的招聘及培训工作,其具体岗位职责如下:
一、负责普通员工的招聘、录用、转正、调配及离辞手续的办理工作。
二、负责员工人事培训资料分类及管理工作。
三、负责新员工的上岗前培训、调职培训及升职培训工作,结合管理工作实际,拟定在职培训方案,编写培训教材,组织对员工进行业务培训。
四、负责各类人员考勤登记及员工工资制作工作。按规定每月5号前将考勤、考核表及工资表交经理审核后报公司。
五、及时了解管理处各类人员工作情况,及时发现问题,并能针对问题及时调整培训内容。
六、负责培训效果的跟查及考核工作。
七、负责了解员工思想状况,组织落实员工业余文体活动,增强员工向心力。
八、定期开展消防知识的培训及实战演习,每季度策划1--2次楼宇实地消防、急救和疏散演习。
九、协助经理助理做好来访接待、住户投诉的记录和解释工作,收集信息及时汇报上级。
十、负责监督公共预警信息发布情况,并及时通知工作人员及住户。
