车用 CNG发动机电控系统的开发

: 针对车用天然气发动机, 笔者自主开发了一套新型电控系统该系统采用多片式 ECU 设计,
中怠速控制系统采用 P ID策略通过控制步进电机动作来进行怠速闭环控制, 并通过串口和 I2C 分
别与实验监控系统和 他子系统通信; 点火系统分别通过控制初级点火线圈的闭合( 通电) 时间断
电时刻来主动控制点火能量和点火提前角; 天然气喷射系统通过控制燃料喷射阀的通电时间来达到
控制燃料喷射量的目的同时, 开发了一套实验监控系统, 对发动机电控系统的工作参数实时监控
将该电控系统应用于 JL4 65Q5车用天然气发动机, 台架试验结果表明: 电控系统运行可靠, 满足设计
要求

Abstract: A new type of e ectronic contro system w as deve oped for automo tive eng ines fue ed w ith com pressed
