垫片的冷冲压模具设计
摘要
本文主要是进行垫片的冷冲压模具设计,首先对冲压件进行工艺性分析,对冲压模具总体结构设计,画装配图。
冲压工艺与模具设计是进行冲压生产的重要技术准备工作。模具有很多的优点冲压生产靠模具与设备完成其加工过程,生产率高,操作简便,易于实现机械化和自动化,可以获得其他加工方法所不能或难以制造的、形状复杂的零件。冲压产品一般不需要再经过机械加工便可使用,冲压加工过程一般也无需加热毛坯。所以,冲压生产不但节约金属材料,而且节约能源,冲压产品一般还具有重量轻和刚性好的特点。这个设计较为简单就是一个简单的落料模,尺寸简单,结构对称,设计计算较为简单。

ABSTRACT
This paper is mainly for gaskets of cold stamping mould design, first of
stamping technology are analyzed, stamping mould structure design, drawing
the assembly drawing.
Stamping process and stamping mould design is an important technology of the production preparation work. There are many advantages in stamping mold production tools and equipment on to finish its processing process, productivity high, simple operation, easy to realize mechanization and automation, to obtain other processing method cant or difficult to manufacturing, complex shape of parts. Stamping products generally do not need to again by mechanica processing and can use stamping process generally also need not heating blank. So, stamping production not only save metal materials, and save energy, stamping products are also has light weight and rigid good characteristic. This design are relatively simple is a simple blanking model, size is simple, symmetrical struct- -ure, design calculation is simple.
