垫片冷冲压工艺及模具设计 冯浪 西南大学工程技术学院，重庆 400716 摘要：模具是高效率、高质量的产品生产工具，模具开发周期是整个产品开发周期的重要部分。在目前激烈的市场竞争中，产品投入市场的迟早常常是成败的关键，所以客户对模具开发周期的要求越来越短，如何在控制成本、保证质量的前提下加工模具是值得认真考虑的问题。模具加工工艺是一项先进的制造工艺，已成为重要发展方向，在航空航天、汽车、机械等各行业得到越来越广泛的应用。模具加工技术，可以提高制造业的综合效益和竞争力。在此次设计中分析了垫片的结构及工艺性，通过对零件的工艺分析，确定了合理的冲压工艺方案。采用冷冲压落料零件的生产，详细讨论了该零件以大批量生产为主的生产条件下从毛坯到成品的冲压加工过程，分析其加工性质，制定合理的工艺方案和合适的冲压工序，设计合理的模具结构，选择合适的冲压设备，以便提高生产率，降低成本。 关键词：垫片；冷冲压；落料；模具 The cold punching craft and molding designs of pad Fenglang College of Engineering Technology, Southwest University, Chongqing 400716, China Abstract: Mold is high efficiency, high quality products production tools, mould development cycle is the important part of product development cycle. At present the fierce competition in the market, products put on the market is often the key of success or failure sooner or later, so the client of the development cycle for mould require more short, how to control the cost, the guarantee quality moulds is the premise of deserve serious consideration. Mould processing technology is an advanced manufacture craft, have become an important development direction, in aerospace, automotive, machinery, and other industries are increasingly applied. Mould processing technology, can improve the comprehensive benefit and competitive manufacturing. In the design of the structure and analyzed gaskets for parts, through the technology process analysis and a reasonable set of stamping process program. By cold stamping blanking parts production, the part is discussed in detail in mass production primarily production conditions from blank to finished products stamping processing process, and analyses its processing properties, formulate rational process scheme and the right punching process, design reasonable die structure, and choose the right punching equipment, so as to improve productivity and reduce the cost.
