Applications: Aerospace, electronics, automotive, machinery manufacturing and other high-tech fields.
Definition: At home and abroad so far there ˊs no uniform view on high temperature adhesive .It is generally believed that all the following conditions may be regarded as a high-temperature adhesive:
(1) At 121 to 175℃ for long-term use (cumulative 5a) or accumulated in the 204 to 232℃20000 to 40000h.(2) Accumulated at 260 to 371℃ from 200 to 1000h.(3) Accumulated at 371 to 427℃ for 24 to 200h.(4) At 538℃ to 816℃ for 2 to 10min.

1、 High temperature epoxy adhesive Epoxy resin (EP) is the general term that refers to a polymer compound containing twoor more epoxy groups, is a thermosetting resin from a liquid to viscous, solid-state variety of forms.

Advantage :(1)High bonding strength(2)Good overall performance(3)Less volatile in the curing process, shrinkage, (4)Long-term work in the -50 to 232℃, the maximum temperature of up to 500 to 1000 ℃
Disadvantage : Modified epoxy adhesive brittle after curing, mechanical properties, heat resistance
2、High temperature resistant phenolic resin adhesive
The phenol resin (PF) is a phenol (or phenols) and formaldehyde polycondensation in the presence of an acid or an alkali catalyst made of a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin, is the earliest development of high temperature resin.
