Methods 20 patients with complicated congenital heart disease were randomly divided into centrifugal pump group (n = 10) and roller pump group (n = 10). Centrifugal pump adopts the centrifugal pump (Biopump BP50 pump head), roller pump set USES Stockert Ⅲ heart-lung machine (roller pump), conventional establish CPB, cardiac malformation treated. Respectively before anesthesia (T1), end of CPB immediately (T2), 24 h after CPB (T3) determination of venous blood platelet count and platelet granule membrane protein - 140 (GMP - 140), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6 - ketone body - alpha prostaglandin F1 (6 - keto - PGF1 alpha). Results there was no significant difference between CPB time, blocking time and minimum nasopharyngeal temperature in the two groups. There was no significant difference in the number of platelets between the two groups in T2 (P 0.05). The increase of GMP - 140 (P 0.05) was found in the two groups of children in T2 period (P 0.05), and the roller pump group increased significantly (P 0.05). The TXB2 and 6-keto-pgf1 alpha level of roller pump group exceeded the centrifugal pump group (P 0.05). The amount of chest fluid in the 24h internal centrifugal pump was significantly less than that of the roller pump [centrifugal pump group (6.4 + + 4.1) ml/kg ratio of the roller pump (11.1 + + 3.3) ml/kg, P 0.05].
