精品论文 参考文献 细节化优质护理对脑梗死静脉溶栓患者临床疗效的影响 蔡雪 成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院 610100 【摘要】目的：探讨细节化优质护理对脑梗死静脉溶栓患者临床疗效的影响。方法：选取2014年9月至2016年3月我院收治的82例进行静脉溶栓治疗的脑梗死患者作为研究对象，随机分成观察组（41例）和对照组（41例），对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施细节化优质护理，观察和对比两组患者护理的效果。结果：观察组患者在治疗的痊愈率、总有效率以及满意度方面都明显优于对照组，Plt;0.05，有统计学意义。结论：在常规护理的基础上为接受静脉溶栓治疗的脑梗死患者实施细节化优质护理对患者临床治疗的效果具有重要的影响，可以显著的提高治疗的效果，值得临床推广。 【关键词】细节化优质护理；脑梗死；静脉溶栓；临床疗效；影响 [abstract] objective: to study the detail quality nursing clinical curative effect in patients with cerebral infarction of intravenous thrombolysis. Methods: to choose between September 2014 and March 2014 our hospital 82 cases of intravenous thrombolysis treatment of cerebral infarction patients as the research object, randomly divided into observation group (41 cases) and control group (41 cases), control group patients with routine nursing, observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of the implementation details quality care, observation and contrast the effect of two groups of patient care.
