【摘要】目的：探讨细节化优质护理服务对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2022年12月—2023年12月的90例脑梗死患者，随机将其分为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取细节化优质护理服务。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理前，两组的焦虑、激惹、害怕和沮丧评分比较差异不大（P0.05）；护理后，观察组以上评分低于对照组（P0.05）。护理前，两组的病情缓解、身体疼痛、社会功能、心理健康以及生命力评分比较差异不大（P0.05）；护理后，两组患者的病情缓解、社会功能、心理健康以及生命力评分均明显升高（P0.05），两组身体疼痛评分明显降低（P0.05），且观察组的病情缓解、身体疼痛、社会功能、心理健康以及生命力评分明显优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：细节化优质护理服务能明显提高脑梗死患者的生活质量。
