How to prevent and control hypertension?
Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease. It is a major risk factor for other cardiovascular diseases. It can cause serious heart, brain and kidney complications, and is the major risk factor of stroke and coronary heart disease. First, what is blood pressure?
