煤制甲醇生产过程职业病危害因素辨识及噪声控制设计2 班 级:安全1201 学生姓名: 指导教师:李 华 摘要:煤制甲醇,以煤代替石油,是国家能源安全的需要,也是化学工业高速发展的需求。目前,煤制甲醇已成为甲醇生产的主要方式。煤制甲醇行业作为一个职业病高发行业之一,有着很多的职业危害因素,所以必须进行煤制甲醇预评价,力图减少危害造成人员的伤害和财产的损失。本文将通过对煤制甲醇项目的概述,辨识其生产过程中的主要职业病危害因素以及产生的职业病对人造成的危害,给出控制职业性有害因素在标准的接触限值,提出相应的防护措施,划分其车间卫生等级为2级。根据给定条件,在初始条件下计算得声压级为80.23dB70dB,则隔声间不符合国家规范要求的声压级,重新设计,计算得声压级为56.53dB70dB,设计符合国家要求规范的声压级的隔声间,并对噪声车间作业分级,该车间工作岗位作业人员在无隔声措施工8h为重度危害、隔声措施不达标工作6h为中度危害、隔声措施达标6h为轻度危害。 关键词:煤制甲醇,职业病,职业危害因素辨识,噪声控制设计 Identification of occupational hazard factors and noise control design of coal to methanol production 2 班 级:安全1201 Class: Safety engineering 1201 学生姓名:康 婵 Student Name: Kang Chan 指导教师:李 华 Tutor: Li Hua Abstract: Coal to methanol from coal instead of oil, is the need of national energy security, and rapid development of chemical industry requirements. At present, coal to methanol has become a major method of methanol production. Coal to methanol industry as one of the occupational disease in high-risk industry, with a lot of occupational hazard factors, so must to evaluation of coal to methanol, in an attempt to reduce the harm caused by injuries and property losses. This article through to the coal to methanol project overview, identify the main occupational hazard factors in the process of production and the damage of occupational disease of people, control of management of occupational harmful factors is given in the standard of exposure limits, proposes the corresponding protective measures, its workshop health level to level 2. According to the given conditions, under the condition of the initial calculations to sound pressure level of 80.23 dB 70 dB, the sound insulation between the sound pressure level do not meet the requirements of national standard, is calculated in the redesign, sound pressure level of 56.53 dB 70 dB, design in line with national standards of sound insulation, sound pressure level of the workshop and the noise job grading, the worksho
