广东电网“十二五”分区供电研究

摘要:广东电网系统短路电流问题日益突出,潮流控制难度加大,严重地影响到电网的规划建设与安全运行。基于广东
电网“十二五”规划,对其分区供电方案进行了研究,认为环路建网、分区供电是解决系统短路电流问题的有效措施,
给出了在分区供电方案下应采取的相应措施,提出简化网络结构、优化输电方式和增加动态无功储备等建议,以增强电
网抗御严重事故的能力和提高系统运行的灵活性。

Study on the Sub-Area Power Supply for Guangdong Power Grid
During “12th Five-Year” Period

Abstract: The problem of system short-circuit current in Guangdong Power Grid (GPG) becomes so increasingly prominent that the
flow control of the grid is more and more difficult, and its planning, construction and safe operation are affected seriously. Based on
the 12th Five-Year planning of GPG, this paper studies its subarea power supply, pointing out that the loop-network construction and
subarea power supply should be effective measures for solving the system short-circuit current problem, and proposing relevant
measures for various subarea power supply schemes, and putting forward suggestions such as to simplify network structure, to
optimize power transmission mode and to raise dynamic reactive power reserve as to enhance the capacity of the grid withstanding
severe accidents and its operation flexibility.
