成都信息工程学院 学位论文 网络电子商务竞争策略分析（以京东、天猫为例） 论文作者姓名： 申请学位专业： 电子商务 申请学位类别： 管理学学士 指导教师姓名（职称）： 论文提交日期： 2013年4月28日 摘要 本文主要探讨的是电子商务竞争策略，并以京东商城、天猫为例，通过对二者内外部环境因素的分析，提出它们运用了哪些竞争策略，并运用所学的知识理论并结合相关文献资料，分析运用这些竞争策略的原因以及带来的效果，最后提出他们分别存在的问题并给出了解决思路。 本论文共分六个部分进行论述： 第一部分，引言。这一部分主要阐述了当前电子商务企业竞争背景，电子商务战略对企业发展的重要意义和作用以及研究目的。 第二部分，电子商务策略。这一部分通过PEST分析、波特五力分析、SWOT分析总结了电子商务行业竞争策略特点，以及通过成本领先、差异化和市场集中化这三个一般竞争策略获得竞争优势。 第三部分，京东商城和天猫的模式与策略。这部分引入京东商城和天猫，分析京东商城和天猫所处行业的竞争环境，介绍它们的模式与策略，分析它们采用这些竞争策略的原因以及带来的效果。 第四部分，京东与天猫电子商务竞争策略的对比分析。这部分主要分析了京东和天猫之间的异同点，以及它们分别存在的问题以及共同存在的问题。 第五部分，解决思路。这部分主要针对京东和天猫目前存在的问题提出本人的解决思路。 第六部分，结论。这一部分对全文进行总结，并提出本文的不足之处。 关键词：京东商城 天猫 电子商务 竞争策略 Abstract This paper mainly discusses the strategy of electronic business competition, and to Jingdong Mall, tmall as an example, through an analysis of two internal and external environmental factors, proposed which use the competitive strategy, and by the use of the theory of knowledge and the related literature, analysis the reason of these competitive strategy and bring the effect, finally they are respectively put forward existing problems and solutions are given. This paper is divided into six parts: The first part, introduction. This part mainly elaborated the current electronic commerce enterprise competition background, the electronic commerce strategy for enterprise development the important meaning and the function and purpose. The second part, the electronic commerce strategy. In this part, through the PEST analysis, Potter five force analysis, SWOT analysis and summarizes the characteristics of the competitive strategies of electronic commerce industry, as well as through the cost leadership, differentiation and market concentration, the three generic competitive strategies for competitive advantage.
