摘 要
甲醇是C1化工中非常重要的有机产品,在甲醇合成工业生产过程中,粗甲醇的精制不仅是决定甲醇产品质量的重要工序,而且也是影响甲醇生产成本的关键因素之一。换热器是化工生产中重要的通用热工设备之一,管壳式换热器以其结构简单、牢固、操作弹性大等特点被广泛应用于工业生产中。
本文的研究对象是四塔甲醇精馏工艺,与传统工艺相比新工艺能够节约能量,节约软水;但是同时新工艺增加了系统的藕合程度,加强了塔之间的关联性,提高了系统对于进料波动的响应的复杂性,给控制带来了很大的难题。为了能够实现新工艺的工业应用,对新工艺进行详细的研究。

ABSTRACT
Methanol is the very important basic product of chemical industry. In The synthesized methanol industry, the purification of raw methanol is not only the important process determining the quality of product, but also a key factor influencing the energy cost of production. The heat exchanger is one kind of general important thermal equipment in the Petroleum chemical industry production. The shell-and-tube heat exchanger is widely applied in the industrial production due to its simple structure, reliability and the operation flexibility.
Compared with the traditional distillation process, this novel process could reduce the heat consumption and soft-water consumption. However, this novel process enhances the coupling of different units in the system and the interactions between distillation columns, which results in the complexity of system responses and control. Therefore, it is necessary to study the behavior of this methanol distillation process of four columns before putting it into implementation of industrial application.
