内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) 题 目:EBZ260C掘进机截割部设计 学生姓名:冯璐 学 号:1276805502 专 业:机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级:2012-5班 指导教师:韩利 摘要 煤炭是目前以及未来一段时期内我们国家得主要能源。煤炭工业是我国经济建设的重要基础。掘进机是应用于隧道建设以及煤炭巷道机械化掘进的一种重要的机械设备,而截割截割部工作机构,期截割性能对整体的工作效率、可靠性和使用寿命,以及截割的经济效益都有直接的影响,是整机的综合体现。 在本次设计中的EBZ260C掘进机是一个能够实现连续截割,装载,运输的掘进机器。悬臂工作机构是掘进机的主要组成机构,按照悬臂截割部工作机构的总体、动力部分、传动部分以及执行部分的设计思路进行掘进机悬臂的设计。在设计时,动力部分做选型计算,传动部分的截割减速机构做具体的计算与校核。我所设计的课题是掘进机机构设计。对于提高和改进掘进机工作性能,发展我国大口径全断面掘进机产业以及进一步提高我国的盾构研发能力、改善研发条件具有重大战略意义。 关键词:掘进机;;截割减速器; Abstract Coal is the main energy source of our country in the present and the future.. Coal industry is the important basis of economic construction in China. Boring machine is applied in tunnel construction and mechanized Drivage of coal roadway is a kind of important mechanical equipment and working mechanism of cantilever directly involved in cutting working mechanism, broken period cutting performance on the overall work efficiency, reliability and service life, and the cutting of the economic benefits have direct influence, is a comprehensive reflection of the whole. In this design, the tunneling machine is a driving machine that can achieve continuous cutting, loading, transportation.. Cantilever roadheader consisting mainly of institutions, in accordance with the cantilever overall, power part, transmission part and part of the implementation of the design ideas of cantilever roadheader design. In the design, the power part of the selection calculation, the transmission part of the cutting reducer to do the specific calculation and verification. The subject I designed is the mechanism design for the cantilever working in the tunneling machine, and the design of the cutting mechanism..
