横轴式掘进机截割机构设计 摘要 本毕业设计的课题是考虑到煤炭是我国最主要的能源,提高煤炭产量有利于我国的经济发展。而掘进机主要由截割、行走、装运、装载四大机构和液压、水路、电气三代系统组成。掘进机分为横轴式和纵轴式两种,本次设计的主要任务是研究横轴式掘进机截割部对煤炭产量的影响。 本文在详述国内外掘进机研究现状的基础上,对横轴式掘进机的截割机构进行了设计,对一些关键部分进行了设计计算。重点是横轴式掘进机的截割头工作过程中的运动及受力分析、截割齿工作过程中得运动及受力分析。除此之外,回转机构的设计及校核也很重要。 本文设计的掘进机是横轴式的,此次所做工作主要是关于截割头、截割部、回转台等的设计。其中截割部是用于安装减速器;截割部后用于安装减速器电机;回转台用于控制截割头的上下摆动及左右回转。 关键词:掘进机;横轴式;截割头;回转台 Abstract The graduation design topic is given to the coal is Chinas main energy, improve coal output is beneficial to the economic development of our country. The roadheader is mainly composed of cutting, walking, shipment, loading four mechanism and hydraulic, water, electric three generation system. The roadheader is divided into two kinds, they are horizontal and vertical . The main task of this design is to study the influence of the horizontal roadheader cutting to coal yield. This paper details the heading machine on the basis of the studies at home and abroad. In this paper , I design the horizontal roadheader cutting mechanism, and calculate some key parts of the design. The focus of design is the analysis of horizontal roadheader cutting head on motion and force,。Another focus of design is the analysis of cutting tooth on the motion and force . .Besides, the design and check of rotary mechanism is also very important In this paper ,the design of roadheader is horizontal, the work is mainly on the design of cutting head, cutting, rotary table and so on. The cutting part is used to install a speed reducer; the cutting part for installing reducer motor; rotary table is used to control the cutting head to sway and rotary .
