凝结水高温回收利用技术深探讨

摘要:将工业生产过程产生的蒸汽凝结水及其所附带的低温热,安全的全部回收利用到工业锅炉补给水中。总结目前凝结水回收利用状况及凝结水回收利用中的误区,提出高温凝结水回收利用中的几点要素:用尽汽化潜热、直接降热、降级使用。并进一步论述了凝结水回收处理过程中出现的典型问题;最后总结凝结水处理技术发展历程,详细论述了活性分子膜超微过滤组合多官能团纤维吸附组合工艺的工艺流程及技术特点,运用活性分子膜超微过滤组合多官能团纤维吸附组合工艺,能满足回收利用工业过程蒸汽凝结水的要求,并且节约水资源和能源的效果非常显著。

Recycling Of Condensate Water In The Industrial Process

Abstract:The condensate water and its incidental heat which both produced in the process of industrial manufacture have reclaimed as boil feed water. In this process of reclamation, we proposed a few essentials as followed: exhausting the latent heat of vaporization; reusing water directly after cooling down and demotion. And further discussion has been made about the typical problems found in the process. At the end of this article, we review the development of recycling technology of condensate water, and expound on the technological flow and technical characteristic of the UF filter with active molecular membrane and the fiber adsorb with lots of functional groups. With this technique, the factory can satisfy the requirement of reusing of condensate water in the process of industrial manufacture, and achieve the results of efficient usage of water and energy.

1.凝结水回收利用的意义
1.1目前凝结水回收利用状况及经济核算
1.1.1目前凝结水回收利用状况
由于在工艺过程中凝结水有不同程度的污染,凝结水有以下四种出路:
(1)直接排放到自然水域;
(2)被集中回收后作循环水的补充水;
(3)冬季作采暖水的补充水;
(4)冬季采暖其他季节做循环水补充水以100/时计算年凝结水量:100吨/时×8400时=84万吨;
凝结水热值:按处理后凝结水95 与常温25 下的热能差值折算成80元/吨中低压蒸汽热量,可计算出凝结水热值为8.60元/吨;
凝结水水值:凝结水水值可按原水价格计,为4元吨;
凝结水总价值=热值+水值=8.60元+4元=12.60元/吨;
年回收凝结水价值:84万吨×12.60元/吨=1058.4万元
凝结水直接排放:年直接损失RMB 1058.4万元/年作循环水补充水:年直接损失RMB 722.4万元/年(不包含冷却时蒸发损失和热量对循环水系统的副作用)作采暖水使用:年直接损失RMB 793.8万元/年(不包括采暖系统外排水损失
