The system can recycle the high temperature coagulate water and the waste steam releasing to open air from FCC unit ，Gas Fractionation unit ，and other equipment in refinery plant. The equipment and process of closed-style system for coagulate water recycle are introduced in detail and the effect of the system is analyzed. It is found that the system can save water and energy.
