精品论文 参考文献 经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术(TVM)与腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)的临床对比分析 （重庆市云阳县人民医院妇产科 重庆 404500） 【摘要】 目的：探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术(TVM)与腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)的疗效。方法：将106例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组，53例采用经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗为TVM组，53例采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗为LM组，比较两组临床指征、术后并发症情况。结果 TVM组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间均明显少于LM组（P＜0.05），肌瘤数目明显多于LM组（P＜0.05），肌瘤最大直径均明显大于LM组（P＜0.05），术后排气时间明显早于LM组（P＜0.05），术后并发症发生率明显高于LM组（P＜0.05）。结论：TVM术与LM术均是临床治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方法。TVM术创伤小、术后恢复快。LM术操作要求更高，并发症发生率低。根据患者病情及需求，选用合适的治疗方案。 【关键词】 经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术；腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术；疗效 【中图分类号】R71 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）02-0212-02 Clinical comparative analysis of transvaginal myomectomy(TVM)and laparoscopic myomectomy(LM) Peng Qiong. Methods 106 patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into two groups. 53 patients treated transvaginal myomectomy as TVM group. 53 patients treated laparoscopic myomectomy as LM group. Clinical indications, postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospitalization time in TVM group were significantly less than LM group (Plt;0.05). Myoma number in TVM group was significantly more than LM group (Plt;0.05). Maximum diameter of myoma in TVM group was significantly bigger than LM group (Plt;0.05). Postoperative exhaust time in TVM group was significantly earlier than LM group (Plt;0.05). Postoperative complication rate in TVM group was significantly higher than LM group (Plt;0.05). Conclusion TVM and LM are effective methods in treatment of uterine leiomyoma. TVM has less trauma and faster postoperative recovery. LM has more demanding and low complication rate.
