精品论文 参考文献 经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术74例临床分析 杨艳 　　四川省安岳县妇幼保健院 四川安岳 642350 　　中图分类号: R445.1 文献标识码:A 　　摘要：目的：对子宫肌瘤患者应用经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗方式，并对其临床的治疗效果与安全性进行分析并探讨。方法：选取自2013年12月至2014年12月间在我院进行治疗的子宫肌瘤患者共计74例，在征得患者本人及其家属的同意后对其进行临床调查与研究，对患者应用经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗方式，将其设定为观察组，由护理人员对患者手术的情况、术后恢复的情况以及并发症的发生情况进行观察，并将其与同期应用经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的对照组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果：经过治疗，观察组患者在手术的时间，手术的出血量，肛门的排气时间以及术后体温的恢复时间等诸多方面同对照组患者对比的差异无显著的统计学意义（P＞0.05），在剔除肿瘤的数目上，观察组患者优于对照组患者，其差异具有着统计学的意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在一定的适应症之下，应用经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗方法能够获得较为理想的临床治疗效果，手术的创伤较小，恢复较快且并发症的发生率较低，值得在临床中对其进行推广并应用。 　　关键词：子宫肌瘤；经阴道；经腹腔镜；临床治疗效果 　　Abstract: objective: the patients with uterine fibroids in application of transvaginal uterine fibroids eliminate treatment, and the clinical therapeutic effect and safety were analyzed and discussed. Methods: selected from December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital for treatment of a total of 74 patients with uterine fibroids, has obtained the consent of the patients themselves and their families to clinical investigation and study, for patients with application of transvaginal uterine fibroids rejecting operation treatment, to be set as the observation group, by the nursing staff for patient surgery, postoperative recovery and complications were observed, and the same period with the application of laparoscopic uterine fibroids eliminate clinical therapeutic effect of the control group patients were compared. Results: after treatment, the observation group of patients in the time of surgery, surgical blood loss, anal exhaust time, postoperative body temperature recovery time, and many other aspects of difference compared with the control group patients had no significant statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), after excluding the tumor, the number of observation group is better than the control group patients, patients with the difference of the statistical significance (P lt; 0.05).
