恶性肿瘤患者化疗中应用综合护理临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中应用综合护理的临床效果。方法 方便选取2015年3月―2016年3月于该院进行治疗的60例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30例患者，对照组患者进行常规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理，观察分析两组患者的化疗依从性和不良反应情况。结果 实验组患者的化疗依从性（90.00%）明显高于对照组患者（46.67%），且差异有统计学意义（P=0.006）；实验组患者不良反应的发生率（2.80%）明显低于对照组患者（8.02%），且差异有统计学意义（P=0.009）。结论 恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中进行综合护理可以提高患者化疗依从性，有效降低患者不良反应的发生率，效果明显，值得进行临床推广应用 [?P键词] 恶性肿瘤；化疗；综合护理 [中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（b）-0164-03 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of general nursing in chemotherapy for patients with malignant tumors. Methods 60 cases of patients with malignant tumors treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing， while the experimental group adopted the general nursing on the basis of the control group， and the chemotherapy compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The chemotherapy compliance in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（90.00% vs 46.67%）， and the difference had statistical significance（P=0.006）， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group，（2.80% vs 8.02%）， and the difference had statistical significance（P=0.009）. Conclusion The general nursing for patients with malignant tumors in the chemotherapy course can improve the chemotherapy compliance and effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions with obvious effect， which is worth clinical promotion and application. [Key words] Malignant tumor； Chemotherapy； General nursing 近年来，随经济的飞速发展，食品问题的频繁曝光，大气污染的日益严重，恶性肿瘤的发生率也不断升高。目前，化疗仍是治疗恶性肿瘤的有效方法之一[1]，但是，化疗是一把双刃剑，在治疗肿瘤的同时，可以损伤正常组织和细胞，攻破人体免疫防线，且不良反应明显，恶心、呕吐、脱发等一些列不良反应，对人体免疫力和正常组织细胞亦进行损害[2]，经常使得患者痛苦至极，难以忍受，很多患者往往难以坚持下去，甚至放弃治疗，从而不能够很好的去坚持治疗，影响原定的治疗计划，消弱了治疗的效果，该研究中对2015年3月―2016年3月于该院进行治疗的30例恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间进行了综合护理，明显提高了患者的化疗依从性，
